All the diffraction peaks could be well indexed to (112), (204), and (312) planes of the standard chalcopyrite structure of CuInS2 (JCPDS card file no. 85-1575), respectively.
It is evident that except for the diffraction peaks from NF, all the other peaks are consistent with the (220), (311), (511), and (440) planes in the standard Co3O4 pattern (JCPDS 42-1467) [22].
The PEDOT Au nanocomposite shows the diffraction features appearing at 2 theta as 38.20°, 44.41°, 64.54°, 77.50° and 81.68° that correspond to the (111), (200), (220), (311), and (222) planes of the standard cubic phase of Au, respectively.
The ZnO diffraction peaks of all samples correspond well with the (100), (002), (101), (102), (110), and (103) planes of the standard pattern of the hexagonal wurtzite phase of ZnO with a lattice constant of a = b = 0.3249 nm and c = 0.5205 nm, (space group: P63mc, JPCPDF file no. 36-1451).
Figure 2 showed the representative XRD pattern, in which five diffraction peaks at about 2θ = 38.2, 44.6, 64.9, 77.8, and 81.7 indexed as the (111), (200), (220), (311), and (222) lattice planes of the standard face-centered cubic phase of metallic gold were observed, further indicating the formation of crystalline AuNPs.
