"Picture me" is a grammatically correct and usable phrase in written English
It is often used as a prompt for the reader to imagine a particular scenario or situation. It can also be used as a rhetorical device to draw attention to oneself or a specific person. Example: "Picture me standing on a white sandy beach, with the sun setting behind me and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. That's where I want to be right now."
