Discover LudwigThe phrase "peruse through" is often considered redundant and not commonly used in written English.
"Peruse" already means to examine or read carefully, so adding "through" is unnecessary. Instead, you can simply say "peruse," or use other synonyms such as "browse," "scan," or "peruse carefully." Example: I spent the afternoon perusing through my favorite bookstore, looking for new titles to add to my reading list. (This sentence can also be written as "I spent the afternoon perusing my favorite bookstore...").
