Last week I had the opportunity to see Jeanmarie Simpson's one-person presentation of Coming in Hot at a live-performance event at the Theater of Arts in Hollywood, CA. In the interest of full disclosure, I should say that I was there as host to introduce the evening's event and as moderator of the Q&A session following the show.
Terry now has three things to promote the retrospective (which runs May 19th through the 21st at the Metrograph, starting with an in-person presentation of "Ghost World" alongside one of the film's stars, Steve Buscemi), May 30th's Criterion Blu-ray release of the same film, and Budding Prospects, an Amazon pilot adapted from a T.C. Boyle book by his wife Missy, which he recently directed.

Physical, in-person presentation is unbelievably important of course (more on that later) but indirect presentation may be even more key.
Do plan to have a demo of your product as part of the in-person presentation.
