These included rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, polymyalgia rheumatica, AIHA, systemic vasculitis, ulcerative colitis and pernicious anaemia with AML; dermatomyositis/polymyositis with CML; rheumatoid arthritis and pernicious anaemia with MDS; and AIHA with MPD.
