Using this list, searches were performed to find the available guidelines (GL) in the databases of the following government agencies: the French "Haute Autorité de Santé" (HAS), the English National Institute for Clinical Excellence NICEE) and the National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC), the last one including most international guidelines.
The ancestry approach will be applied through examining reference lists and performing citation searches.
Our program iterates through the initial hit list, performing a BLASTn search on the hit identifying overlapping traces based upon an e-value cut off.
In order to confirm this list, we performed similarity searches for each sequence using TBLASTN and BLASTP algorithms [ 48] on the current assembly and the predicted proteins of the three aforementioned genomes maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) [ 49].

In particular, this list variable can be used to directly model an activity list and perform a local search over this activity list using the black-box LocalSolver search engine, i.e., its back end.
The initial list of analysis tools was acquired by performing multiple PubMed searches.
