To examine the performance of the MammaPrint signature in our dataset, we performed classification using the 70 genes from the MammaPrint signature, with a threshold providing at least 90% sensitivity, together with the highest specificity.
We performed classification of four basic emotion classes (neutral, sad, happy, and angry) and estimation of emotion primitives using acoustic features.
We now describe the classfication experiments performed: classification of 11 emotion classes and three discrete levels of arousal and valence with both the full EmoFt feature set and the full ComParE feature set.
We generated a set of mixed signals ξ i with SIRs in range [ −5,30] dB and performed classification using incoherency score comparisons between signal pairs (ξ i,ξi+1) at different SIR levels.
To further investigate the importance of each of the top features, we performed classification using the labeled examples and the previous setting, on basis of these two subsets of the features and their combination, i.e., ({mathcal {F}}^*_1), (overline{{mathcal {F}}^*_1}) and ({mathcal {F}}_1).
We performed Classification and Regression Tree Analysis (CART) and Grade of Membership (GoM) analysis to identify combinations of alleles among the DNA repair, inflammatory and apoptotic pathway genetic variants in modifying the risk for GBC.
