Even if anticytokeratin monoclonal antibodies on cytospin preparations are used, however, the detection rate is still affected by blood contamination of the bone marrow specimen, the number of aspirates analyzed, and the number of mononucleated bone marrow cells screened per aspiration site [ 18].
The clinical pregnancy rate per aspiration was significantly higher in group I compared with group II (9/53, 17% versus 0/28, 0%, P < 0.05).
For IVF, the clinical pregnancy rate per aspiration and per transfer is 26.0 and 29.5%, respectively [2].
Table II shows pregnancy and delivery rates per aspiration for IVF, ICSI and FER.
PGD/PGS activity was recorded from 14 countries, and included 4638 cycles resulting in 706 deliveries (15.2% per aspiration).

PGD/PGS activity was recorded from 14 countries (Table I) and involved 4638 cycles, 4274 aspirations, 2882 embryo transfers and 706 deliveries (16.5% per aspiration), the main contributors being Spain (2785 cycles).
