The word "peeing" is a perfectly acceptable word to use in written English, and it has been in use since at least the 16th century.
It is generally used to refer to the act of urinating, both literally and figuratively. For example, one might write, "The baby had been peeing all afternoon," or "His boss's criticisms had him peeing in his pants."
