The phrase "peaked by" is not a commonly used phrase in English
In fact, it may not be grammatically correct. The word "peaked" typically means reaching a high point or climax, and it is usually followed by the prepositions "at" or "with." For example: "The temperature peaked at 90 degrees." or "My interest peaked with the suspenseful plot twist." Therefore, it would not be accurate to say "peaked by." Instead, you could use another word or phrase such as "accompanied by" or "heightened by." For example: "The excitement was heightened by the loud applause from the audience." or "The dish was accompanied by a side of vegetables." Overall, it would be best to avoid using the phrase "peaked by" in written English and opt for more commonly used and grammatically correct phrases.
