Since peak dV/dt can vary substantially among cells, we have defined the threshold in a given cell as the Vm value at which dV/dt reaches 10% of its peak value (dotted lines on Figure 8E,F).
The fold change intensity of each line was taken by dividing the highest peak value where each line crossed the margins of the PVM by the lowest value for each line (taken as background).
