The mean sum score on the PDS (number of separate PTSD symptoms) was 14.1 (SD = 13.5) from a possible 51.

The population doubling (PD) number was calculated based on the total cell number at each passage.
Shannon's evenness, PD-rate, height CV, and proportion of self-dispersed individuals increased from the cerrado to the forest edge, and species richness, PD, number of individuals, number of animal-dispersed individuals, and the distributions of S. vinosa, M. umbellata and M. coriacea, Phyllantus acuminatus and Ocotea pulchella all decreased from the cerrado to the forest edge (Figures 3 and 4).
These metrics were percentage cover (PLAND; %), mean patch area (MPA; ha), patch density (PD; number of patches/100 ha), mean shape index (MSI), largest patch index (LPI; %), aggregation index (AI), and edge density (ED; m/ha) (Perotto-Baldivieso et al. 2011; Young et al. 2014; Zemanova et al. 2017).
The cytogenetic analyses demonstrated that cartilage progenitors that had undergone 31.3 population doublings are largely normal but with some anomalies that are likely due to the high PD number and culture conditions.
In contrast, patients experiencing a clinical benefit to therapy after 3 months had lower BRAF mRNA expression levels compared to patients with PD (number compared = 72; p = 0.037; Fig. 2a).
The population doubling (PD) number of a given passage was determined by summing up the ΔPD = log2(nf/ni) for each subculture, where nf is the final number of cells in a culture and ni is the number of cells initially inoculated.
Based on the significant increase in the senescence ratio of the P15 and P24 cultures along with the reduced ratio of cells in the S phase, these three cultures were chosen for all further experiments and will be referred to by their PD numbers (P10 as PD 38, P15 as PD 47, and P24 as PD 54).
Corresponding numbers for second line were 3.7% CR, 22.2% PR, 42.6% SD and 31.5% PD; numbers for treatment beyond second line (60 therapies, 33 pts 3rd line, 18 pts 4th line, 6 pts 5th line, 2 pts 6th line and 1 patient 7th line) were 1.7% CR, 28.3% PR, 28.3% SD and 41.6% PD respectively.
