Quantitative chromatin immunoprecipitation (Q-ChIP) assays were performed using antibodies specific for Zfp277, PcG proteins (Bmi1, Ring1B, Ezh2), and PcG histone modifications (H2AK119ub1 and H3K27me3) over the Ink4a/Arf locus in MEFs (Figure 2A and B).
