In the public domain, physicians have little incentive to treat patients or promote public health initiatives, nurses are poorly paid, disrespected and inadequately trained, and patients both over-utilize the system (due to cheap co-pay), and lack trust and respect for healthcare professionals.
Less pay and disrespect were common general demotivators for male and female physicians.
It includes these recent greetings from visitors who stopped by to pay their disrespects: "Good bye and good riddance to you," wrote one guest on May 16. "I know it's tough, but I expected better," said another (April 15).
"I thought… the pay and the disrespect was something I deserved".
