The other 11 amino acids with intermediate GCsyn exhibited relatively flat patterns (slope = 0.012 on average; P < 0.01).
These mutations reveal temperature sensitivity patterns (slope) distinct from that seen in the loxP control (see Additional file 12: Table S3, Additional file 13: Figure S10E), suggesting that engineered RNA structures are affected differently by temperature, which manifests in the thermo-sensitive editing response of paralytic editing sites.
The current analysis, which found that the node shared by Laurales and Magnoliales was significantly associated with higher slope, while Salicaceae was associated with low slope, suggests that patterns with slope could extend well beyond the species level to large clades that are well represented in most tropical forest communities.

Cutting et al. (2010) reported that the pattern of slopes among the earlier movies (from 1935 to about 1960) was relatively flat and varied and that the pattern for the later movies (about 1960 to 2005) increased over time with less variation.
Now workers are reverting to a familiar pattern, and sloping off from the office earlier and earlier.
