The objectives of this article are to (1) assess the effects of permafrost degradation on ecosystem carbon (EC), SOC, soil inorganic carbon (SIC), belowground phytomass carbon (BPC), aboveground phytomass carbon (APC), and SR; and (2) examine the effects of environmental factors on spatial patterns of EC, APC, BPC, SOC, and SIC, and SR.
