The pattern for copy-number effects described here suggests that not only relatively well-known neurogenetic sister-disorders, but also disorders due to smaller-scale and less well-characterized copy-number polymorphisms or variants, may mediate similarly contrasting cognitive and psychiatric phenotypes.
Among those neofunctionalized cases, a small percentage of them (8 14% in WG duplicates and 5% in tandem duplicates) showed gain of a new expression pattern for both copies (fig. 5).
The frequency patterns of copy number changes for each group across the entire genome are shown in Fig. 2B and 2C.
Different subtypes of breast cancer had different patterns of copy number and expression for each TDRD.
The patterns for the copy numbers of most families and subfamilies were quite consistent – the Populus families were generally larger, as an apparent result of the fairly recent genome duplication [ 4, 5].
While the bad news is that there is no pattern for greatness to copy, any organization has the opportunity to discover and commit to its true core.
This was especially true for H. saltator, which showed nearly identical expression patterns for single-copy orthologs, except for a reversal in sex-specific enrichment for Obp5 and very low expression of Csp4.
Also, as we have described, some fingerprint patterns for low-copy isolates appear identical but do not represent the same IS6110 insertions and thus do not represent closely related strains.
(b) The overhead for pattern string copy of network data.
Indeed, separate biopsies from H3 mutant HGA showed similar mutational profiles (including H3.3 K27mutationon) and close to identical global DNA methylation patterns, with heterogeneity seen largely for copy number variants in growth regulatory genes, such as PDGFRA amplification [ 19].
Either condition could lead to a sufficiently reduced expression pattern for one of the copies such that it was not captured in the un-normalized EST libraries but yet retains enough sequence similarity to cross hybridize to PCR primers or Southern blot probes.
