This list was circulated to a pathology list-serve with membership consisting of a pathology representative from each division.
After history taking a short standardized clinical examination program was performed to exclude specific pathology, list the mobility of the back and lower extremities, observe daily activities such as walking, standing and sit down and test nerve root radiation.
