The migration paths and lesions caused by larvae in the liver appear as subcapsular lines and nodules that tend to cluster, with high signal intensity on T2WI and low signal on T1WI (Fig. 13d).
Absolute contraindications include coagulopathy disorders, skin infection, immunosuppression and the absence of a safe path to the lesion [50].
We move toward such systematic evaluation by predicting where INH and RIF are limited in the path from blood to lesion to bacterium [ 2].
However, these interpretations are based on different measures of performance in each maze: LMN lesion increased path length and decreased speed in the water maze, but did not affect cup choice errors or mean direction in the spatial landmark task.
When this frontal signal was unilaterally lesioned the scan path exhibited symptoms of hemineglect similar to those observed following parietal lesion; an example is shown in figure 7a.

Furthermore, Nakamura et al. reported in their patient population, patient age, presence of emphysema, lesion size, needle path length, number of pleural passages, as well as the smallest angle between the pleura and the needle as significant factors for the development of pneumothorax (which was 59%%) [ 24, 25].
Among 23 patients who underwent splenectomy soon after fine-needle aspiration biopsy, no intrasplenic hematomas or lesions along the needle path were reportedly observed [16].
Though animals with LMN lesions showed significantly longer path lengths across 10 sessions of testing, they also decreased in parallel with the sham-lesioned animals.
