"passionately agree" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It can be used when describing someone's strong and enthusiastic agreement with a statement or idea. For example, "I passionately agree with the decision to implement recycling in our community" or "The audience passionately agreed with the speaker's message about the importance of education."
