Publications using these data will be authored on behalf of the EPOCH Collaboration, either with specific named authors, or on behalf of the Collaboration as a whole and names of other participating Collaborators will be listed in the Acknowledgements.
To ensure that the project did not overrun or fail to achieve its sequencing target, it was crucial that strict deadlines for submitting samples to the project were adhered to by participating collaborators so that delays to the sequencing pipeline at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (WTSI) were minimized.
