By analyzing both the PSF literature as well as the relevant general organization studies literature, we identified seven major design parameters of PSF governance and six contingency factors, which influence the governance dimensions.
It is past time for all companies to get serious about board diversity, and to do so in ways that comport with other parameters of good governance.
At the same time, they contribute information the government uses to update its propaganda, in particular authoritative narratives regarding Chinas development, the parameters of good governance and the rights and responsibilities of Chinese citizens.

Yesterday, Schock was on my mind as I listened intently to Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain lay out the parameters of what reasonable governance would look like from a responsible, conservative perch -- and was impressed with Sen. McCain's repeated statements that he wanted to help President Obama succeed -- and would differ from him in some areas -- but would be solidly with him on others.
In the technological society the variability of governance parameters, and as such disagreement as to what precautionary action encompasses, is further affected by the alignment of policy with commercial interests where the notion of precaution can be imagined as stifling innovation or as being unscientific.
