An uncertainty estimate for the relevant variables and parameters was made and also listed in Table 2.
Parameter adjustments were made as in the midazolam model (Table 1 ), and the steady-state concentration of nifedipine after oral administration of a 20 mg immediate-release capsule every 6 h was predicted in pregnant subjects.
