To detect AFLP fragments, Eco primers were labelled using a fluorescent dye (FAM, NED, PET or VIC), and the following PCR cycling parameters were used for selective amplifications: an initial cycle at 94°C for 30 s, 65°C for 30 s, and 72°C for 60 s.
