The main challenge of imputation, however, lies in the selection of an appropriate reference panel relevant for the study populations.
This indicates a clear linkage between aggressive features on surgical pathology and lethality, and, importantly, validates the usage of our pathologic end point for building our biomarker panel as relevant for long-term patient outcome.
