In the last quarter, Q1 FY2013, EA noted that GAAP net revenues for its digital business were $342 million, compared to $592 million for net publishing packaged goods revenues.
Net income climbed 2.2 percent, to $1.12 billion, or $1.15 a share, compared with $1.09 billion, or $1.09 a share, in the period a year earlier, as domestic package revenue increased.
For instance, packaging revenue was up 89 percent in the most recent quarter; the consumer printers and ink business was up 44 percent.
Sales at the company's U.S. package segment rose 1.2%, to $7.55 billion, while international package revenue jumped 10.4%, to $2.38 billion.
