A mathematical model of critical load has been developed and studied with the aim of minimizing the package thickness.

When considering meshes that are topologically equivalent for different package thicknesses p, the parametric dependence of the matrices as well as the matrices in the tensor (mathcal {F}) will take the form as M p)=M_{0}+pM_{1}+frac{1}{p}M_{2}.
The warm-up time for 4 mm package to completely thermalize the Kapton upper surface is about 500 s; good matching on thermal response times has been found between the experimental and simulated results for all investigated package thicknesses.
