A PGA pro can spot poor alignment in a second, and obviously we all drift over time, so an outside alignment aid will show you the proper way shot after shot.
Our GENECONV analysis of Abpa paralogs identified no inner (conversion between genes within alignment) and no outer (conversion with genes outside alignment) fragments that were globally significant, suggesting that there is no compelling evidence of gene conversion in Abpa paralogs.
