The noise coherence matrix is estimated using a VAD [18], whereas the DOA estimation is based on the MUSIC algorithm [19, 20], cf. Section 3. In order to suppress the residual noise and reverberation at the beamformer output (tilde {x}(n)), the beamformer output is processed by a single-channel spectral enhancement scheme, cf. Section 4.
