The validation procedure of a simulation model and the application of orthogonal arrays in experiments are briefly reviewed, and the data collection and output analysis procedure are presented.

One of the many questions that arise, however, is that of why, and if so under what circumstances, we should endorse the output of evolutionary procedures.
An evaluation of the laboratory test data for this same tile, in which conditioned (partial) coherent output spectral analysis procedures were used, leads to exactly the same conclusion.
