The outer networks are copies of the simple network (with weights 2 and 1), and the connections between the central network and the peripheral networks have weight 100, as indicated in Figure 2. As before, the red edges highlight the important geometry in this network.
The bistochastic filter creates a backbone network (with the same number of edges as the two other examples) that retains the correct geometry in the central portion of the network, but incorrect geometry in the outer networks, as indicated by the edge colors in Figure 2. Once again, this occurs as a result of the weight transformation that does not emphasize the intended geometry.
The important point to make, however, is that the chirality of the middle network will undoubtedly affect the chirality of the inner and outer networks.
The induced fractures (outer fracture network) developed by the intersection of natural fractures and hydraulic fractures provide the other 20%.
On the other hand, the cumulative production curve increases as time goes on, implying that the early production is mostly provided by the main fracture, but the final production is related to the area of the outer connected networks.

The Brain Index features a wall-sized screen and multiple displays that show three different visualizations of the brain, sometimes simultaneously: the brain's outer surface, the networks of blood vessels that feed it and the tangles of connections that link different regions.
Most recently, the agency floated the idea of a "hybrid solution", meaning that the core of the internet, where websites and ISPs exchange data, would be regulated like a utility, whereas the networks' outer edge, where data flow from the ISP to the consumer, would remain in the information-services category.
