As outcome cutoff scores were used as the criteria for recommending services to patients (via computerised report or telephone depending on group assignment), we examined whether a higher percentage of people reporting scores above the clinical cutoff for each outcome accessed services, when compared with those who reported scores below the clinical cutoff.
