Chefs from 15 restaurants, including Tony Esnault of Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, Gary Robins of the Biltmore Room, Tom Valenti of Ouest, Dan Silverman of Lever House and Floyd Cardoz of Tabla will be offering samples.
The owners, Lev Gewirtzman and Jacques Belanger, are chefs and alumni of Ouest, on the Upper West Side.
Tom Valenti, an owner of Ouest on the Upper West Side and the new 'Cesca, opening there next week, said that natural ability and energy are sometimes more important.
