We conclude that Convolutional Perfectly Matched Layer (CPML) is the optimum boundary condition that gives the most accurate results compared against the other methodologies for parallel plates separated by nano-gaps.

It is worth emphasizing that this provides a high degree of confidence for the estimation of each genes abundance, as 30-fold technical replication is many times that of other methodologies for measuring gene abundance such as real-time PCR.

The "adherent" enrichment and expansion of NK cells we describe offer a simple, cost-effective, reproducible, and translatable procedure with a high purity and potency of NK cells compared to other methodologies for personalized adoptive cell therapy.
