This differential training effect, as reported previously under similar conditions (e.g. Saumweber et al., 2011; see also Scherer et al., 2003), manifested at a baseline level of a slight preference for AM and thus as a strong attraction to AM in the AM-rewarded group (Fig. 2A: OSS test, P<0.05/2) and a weak attraction to OCT in the OCT-rewarded group (Fig. 2A: OSS test, P>0.05/2).
