I personally tend to think of Waterfall methodology as using a map drawn from memory to precisely plan on how many steps to take and in which precise orientation to place one's feet, then leaving the map at home, to make a journey across a desert.
"Orientation to place" evaluates the patient's sense of location, to yield a maximum score of five points.
