Emergency response personnel and mobile salesforce representatives involved in cooperative usability testing, studied by Følstad and Hornbæk [19], identified more issues concerning needed functionality and organisational requirements when providing design feedback in the interpretation phases of the testing procedure than when providing interaction data in the interaction phases.
