Macrolides are a class of antibacterial agents that are produced by members of the Actinomycetales order of bacteria.
The phylogenetic identifications of Bacteroidales symbionts in a variety of gut protist species revealed that the symbionts were distributed widely in this order of bacteria (see Figure 2).
The Lactobacillales order of bacteria collates various microorganisms having a large economic impact, including both human and animal pathogens and strains used in the food industry.
Interestingly, the faecal samples from dogs fed the greaves-meal diet had a high preponderance of Fusobacteriales bacteria [ 32]: an order of bacteria that has been suspected to play a pathogenic role in human intestinal inflammation [ 34- 36].
In addition, recombination across the ori region was demonstrated for the main arthropod supergroups, A and B. Lastly and surprisingly, the origin boundary genes have changed twice in the evolution of this order of bacteria.
By 24 hr, the number of visible bacteria had decreased substantially, and we estimate on the order of 33 bacteria per embryo.

The secondary models formed from blocks of influential plaque, diet and saliva biomarkers predicted baseline caries in the order of plaque bacteria > diet > saliva (Table 1).
The influential markers behaved in the order of plaque bacteria > diet > saliva, with previously known plaque bacteria/diet markers and a set of new protective diet markers.
