Graph-based approaches represent a metabolic pathway as a path that consists of an ordered series of intermediate compounds and reactions that transform some defined starting compound(s) to some defined target compound(s).
That occurs due to the order of intermediate operations, which changes from one structure to another.
This review summarizes the results of our investigations of actin unfolding-refolding and presents the notion that protein unfolding pathway, the number and the appearance order of intermediate states do not dependent on denaturing agents.
