The results of the MTT revealed that the formulation that is optimum does not affect normal cells significantly in low drug concentrations but could remove the cancer cells.
Then, decrease of filtering efficiency characterized by PSNR or PSNR-HVS-M drop compared to the optimum does not exceed 0.5 dB (MSSIM drop does not exceed 0.005), and thus, it is practically not noticeable (crucial).
Cultivations were carried out at different DO levels in the range of 30 40, 10 20, and 0 5%, respectively, and the optimum DO concentration range was found to be 30 40%, as shown in Fig. 4.
The optimization has, however, employed the reaction model within the whole domain of possible configurations, and the optimum did not occur in the region where the kinetic parameters were determined.
On the contrary, the apparent temperature optimum did not decrease to a similar extent, and the degree of denaturation of the enzyme was also much lower according to the residual activity assays.
The optimum DO concentration for optimum fish growth should be maintained above 5 mg/L (Masser et al. 1999; Colt 2006), and the DO concentration under 2 mg/L, ammonia and nitrite oxidation by nitrifying bacteria becomes inefficient anymore (Masser et al. 1999; Hargreaves 2006).
The Monte Carlo simulation demonstrated that the steady-state distribution is readily altered by the effect of natural selection, although only when a small number of genes (about 0 100) is assumed to be at their optimum did the process converge into a Zipf's law-like distribution (Figure 5).
Since the true underlying optimum did not change between visits, all changes in observed optimum were false.
However, the unimprinted optimum does still provide some measure of the relative importance of matrigenes and patrigenes.
At the same time DBSolve Optimum does not include some features which are presented by other software packages, like Stochastic ODE Solver.
