The phrase "operationalization of concepts" is correct and usable in written English.
It is typically used in academic contexts to mean the process of defining a concept or idea and expressing it in the form of a measurable or operationalized variable. For example, if a researcher is studying "resilience," they may operationalize the concept by using a self-report measure such as a 5-point likert scale to measure a person's perceived level of resilience.
