The phrase "ongoing disparities" is correct and commonly used in written English.
It refers to ongoing or continuing differences or unequalities between groups or individuals. Example: "Despite efforts to address systemic racism, there are still ongoing disparities in access to education and job opportunities for marginalized communities."
