Based on one atypical Tn 916-type sequence [see Additional file 8: Figure S7], it seems likely that both cassettes were acquired by a recent common ancestor of one particular clade of three isolates, thereby arranging two highly similar ermB genes in tandem.
In this study, we examined the clinical status and muscle pathology of 22 LOPD patients and one atypical infantile patient on ERT to understand the reasons for muscle resistance to ERT.
Three symbiotic Frankia clusters containing strains able to establish effective nodules and fulfill Koch's postulates and one atypical with strains unable to establish effective nodulation on their host plants have been defined among Frankia genera.

Within this group of atypical antipsychotics, persons who only received one atypical substance were defined as non-switchers and individuals who had had different atypical substances, either overlapping or one after the other, were defined as switchers.
One atypical PLXSCT and 3 high-grade lesions had follow-up information: the atypical PLXSCT had sentinel lymph node involvement, and the patient was alive without recurrent disease at 1-year follow-up; 2 of the 3 high-grade lesions were positive for lymph node involvement, and all 3 patients were alive with 2-, 4-, and 0.8-year follow-up periods.
