To the best of our knowledge, earlier studies on power and performance on real time implementation are rare.
This paper focuses mainly on real-time implementation.
Another study examined antenatal care attendance before and after implementation of an mHealth application for improved patient records and automated appointment reminders; this study similarly found a statistically significant improvement in on-time antenatal care attendance following implementation [ 18].
The remainder of this article is organized as follows: Section 2 introduces background of stereo vision and related works on real-time implementations, and Section 3 describes the adaptive support weights cost aggregation method with corresponding hardware-friendly approximation.
Further research could focus on the real-time implementation of AGC removal techniques and on its application for different frequency bands.
Details on the real-time implementation of the cost functions are presented, especially on the off-line adaptation of the control filter.
