We can see one-one peak on the charts it means most downloads took place the day before the first test and the second test.
When two binding sites are close to each other, their tag signal may overlap and shows only one peak on a single strand.
Several of these peaks have P values ≤ 0.01, and one peak on chromosome arm 3L has P < 0.001, and includes reads mapping to an exon of Prm and to the exons and introns of several other genes of unknown function in the region.
Nine target ESTs were classified as category 0. Category 0 targets are transcripts where the degradome reads corresponding to the expected miRNA-mediated cleavage site were the most abundant reads matching the transcript and there is only one peak on the transcript with more than one raw read at the position.
The use of specific compensation voltages for each of the isomers along with the MRM transition permitted to discriminate the two monoglucuronides and to obtain only one peak on the specific chromatographic trace, instead of two like in the classical MRM, thus increasing the selectivity (Fig. 5).
During activities with loading on one leg, peak EAM and peak Fmed occurred at similar, smaller knee flexion angles, while during movements with double limb support, peak loading typically occurred at >50° flexion.

For a clonal organism, we would instead expect the histogram of pairwise genetic distances to have a bimodal distribution, with one peak centered on the mean genetic distance between nonclonal individuals, and a second peak very close to zero, consisting of pairwise genetic distances between samples from the same MLL.
Additional file 2: Figure S1 shows that the largest number of significant peaks (n = 10) was found on BTA6 whereas on BTA25, 28 and 29, only one peak was detected.
