People who live at even-number addresses will be allowed to water their lawns on even-number dates, and people at odd-number addresses on odd-number dates, between 7 00 and 9 00 a.m. and 7 00 and 9 00 p.m.
Vehicles with plates ending in an even number are barred during the same hours on even-numbered dates.
Drivers with even-numbered plates (0 counts as an even number) will be able to buy gas only on even-numbered dates.
