Individual segmentation is based on local pairwise cues designed to pop out all cells simultaneously from their common background, while the constraints are derived from mutual agreement analysis on patch segmentations from a previous round of segmentation.
The first was an agreement analysis on 5% of the interviewed participants (n = 28) that compared residential address and year reported in the interview by the participant with the residential county clerk records.
