Similar to the offset response to the no-gap stimuli, the amplitudes of the high-gamma responses were noticeably larger than responses to stimulus onset or offset.
For all stimulus durations the size of the offset response was significantly larger in the younger group compared to older adults as well larger in middle-aged compared to the older group.
