This is an update in relation to an investigation into allegations of drugs supply offences made in a national newspaper.
The police statement said: "As part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of drug supply offences made in a national newspaper, West Yorkshire Police have today arrested two men aged 26 and 34.
The CPS has confirmed that "having carefully reviewed" the case against Starr, the 71-year old entertainer will not be prosecuted over allegations of sexual offences made by 13 individuals.

"The IPCC decided on September 13 2011 to manage an investigation by the SWP anti-corruption unit into allegations of a variety of sexual offences made against DC Davies," an IPCC spokesman.
Based on the 2009/10 figures, cannabis offences made up 4percentt of criminal activity in the UK, and considering the police budget for 2010 to 2011 was £4.8 billion, that's a potential £200 million in savings.
