Use an external hard drive to copy over files or create a copy of your partitions.
At the top of the list you will see the layout of your partitions on the disk.
Use the partition tool you downloaded to resize one of your existing partitions.
If you don't have a crate, you can use a section of your bathroom partitioned with a baby gate.
Select your partition type you want to delete (Primary/Extended/Logical/Non-Dos) defer.add img); Select shown partition by typing the displayed number of partition and press Enter for confirmation for deleting partition.
When installing Windows on a partition of your Mac, that particular hard disk, or partition, will be re-formatted and all your data will be erased.
Important precaution: In the following steps, you're going to change the active partition of your hard drive, sometimes called the "boot partition".
You should see a list of your hard drive partitions.
The only way around this is to remove one of your existing primary partitions, or to purchase another physical hard drive.
